Huskisson is located 24 km to the south east of Nowra on the shores of Jervis Bay. This stretch of water is often used in films for its clear underwater.

Lady Denman Heritage Complex is located on the Woollamia Road provides Rich history of wooden ship building at Huskisson. Wooden ship building complex has Lady timbery`s Aboriginal art and crafts centre and also has bush tucker demonstrations and talks.. Museum of Jervis Bay Science and the sea have fine maritime and surveying collections.

Clear underground waters make Huskisson an ideal place for diving and fishing. Guided tours about Aboriginal food and culture. NSW jervis bay national park located at north and south of the town. Booderee National park is located towards the south of the town and has Aboriginal sites such as Capte St George Light house and Booderee Botanic Gardens, boat launching facilities and magnificent beaches.

Whale Watching (Huskisson)
It’s a wonderful experience when you come head to head with a creature of the ocean, especially when it is one of the stunning species of dolphins. There are plenty of whale watching cruises in the Huskisson area, particularly in Jervis Bay and you can expect to be out on the water for 2-3 hours.

A unique sport offered only in the Huskisson region. It may sound difficult, but once you have had a lesson with the right techniques then you are on your way. It’s a lot of fun and you get great views of the water, you may even see a dolphin or penguin. It requires quite a bit of strength to keep your body in the upright position for the duration but it’s a great workout. This is a mobile business that has frequent meeting points in the Jervis Bay area.

This wondrous park is home to sea-dragons, whales, bottlenose dolphins, penguins, seals and the rare grey nurse shark. The marine park spans over one hundred kilometres of ocean and is popular for fishing, boating, surfing and scuba diving where you are sure to come across some of the marine life.
