Exmouth is about 1,250 north of Perth. Located at the tip of the Peninsula and 155km north of Coral Bay. One of Exmouth's major attractions is it's coastline. The beaches are picture perfect with conditions ideal for swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, watersports and fishing. One of the main attractions in the region is Ningaloo Reef which reaches nearly 20 kilometres seaward, with about 500 species of tropical fish and 220 species of coral. This is one of the only places where you can swim with the whale sharks, a once in a lifetime experience.

The day begins at approx 7.30am when we pick you up from your accommodation in our courtesy, air-conditioned bus, and take you to Tantabiddy where our vessel awaits you. By 9am, you are snorkelling on beautiful Ningaloo Reef. A spotter plane begins looking for whale sharks and once spotted; your whale shark experience begins. As soon as the Whale Sharks are spotted, you will have the opportunity of swimming with these gentle giants. Morning tea, afternoon tea and a full buffet lunch with fresh prawns are included, as well as refreshments. The tour ends with a few more swims on the Ningaloo Reef, before heading back to your Accommodation at approximately 4.30pm. All snorkel gear also included in price, as well as wetsuit if required. Bundegi Beach
Located 12 km north of Exmouth is Bundegi Beach. This beach marks the start of the Ningaloo Marine Park and is a great beach for swimming, snorkeling and fishing. A coral viewing boat departs from here and there is a kiosk adjacent to the jetty. There is a boat launching facility at the southern end of the beach. 

 

Lighthouse Bay
There are good access tracks into this beach which is suitable for fishing, swimming, surfing and sunbathing.  

Lighthouse Drive
This steep drive has magnificent views of the reef and cape.

Jurabi Coastal Reserve
The access tracks along the Yardie Creek Road offer a variety of beaches to choose from. At low tide the rock pools hold many hidden sea creatures such as sea urchins, anemones, starfish and octopus.

 

 

 


Mauritius Beach
Located 21 kilometres from Exmouth,this is where turtles come to lay their eggs during the summer.This secluded beach was also declared clothes optional in 1999.

Town Beach
The nearest beach to Exmouth, Town Beach, is one kilometre from the town centre and is a good safe family beach, however, it is best to swim here at high tide. There is also a 4WD access road to the beach.

Vlamingh Lighthouse
A ligthhouse that uses the original kerosene and counterweight system.

Ningaloo Reef
The Ningaloo Reef is also accessible from Exmouth and good for diving and snorkeling. Whale sharks can be seen from March until June. It is possible to go swimming with them.
