Campbelltown is located at south west of Sydney. Campbelltown was founded in the year 1820 by Governor Macquarie and it was named after his wife`s Maiden name. This location is also known for the famous Fishers ghost. Some of the attractions in the town include Bicentennial Art Gallery and Japanese Gardens near art gallery road, corner of Camden and Appin roads. 16 km to the south of Campbelltown one can find coal-mining town which has monuments of Hume and Hovell.
