In addition to facilities normally found in good quality hotels, business hotels may provide such things as an office desk, high speed and/or wireless internet, and phone with voice mail in their rooms. Apartments may also have table and chairs suitable for small meetings.
Features of the hotel complex can include a conference room, and secretarial, business and courier services. Some include an unstaffed business centre where guests can use photocopier, facsimile, computer and printer.
Prices are on a par with other good quality hotels, generally in the range of $130 to $350 per night for a room, and up to $550 for an apartment.
